Cremissimo is the leading premium ice cream brand in family/home use packs.
In the last few years it has suffered from constant “me too” designs by its rival Nestle ice cream – La Cremeria.
In order to differentiate the brand and create a unique, hard to copy visual presence, Adlai & Partners suggested a design derived from the familiar Unilever Ice Cream Heart sign.
The entire line received a gold colored rim combined with a heart shaped frame on all package lids.
To further enhance the brand’s recognition and visibility all lids have a uniform Red background creating an uncustomary, (in the Ice Cream category) striking, red block, in store refrigerators.
